$(cos2(x^{1/2})-e^{-2x})/(log(2-cosx) - senx)$

In French, and some other language, "sine" is "sen". More importantly, is " $cos2(x^{1/2})$ " " $cos^2(x^{1/2})$ " or " $cos(2x^{1/2})$ "?
