1)Y=a/b is an Horizontal Asymptotic for the f Graph
2)there is no any vertical Asymptotic for this Function
3)f(x) are Continuous for any x
4)f(x) are Rising for any x
Since the denominator is always positive and is continous everywhere, f(x) is continuous for any x. So, 3) is correct.
How about trying the others yourself?
well tell me if i correct if a,b is positive and i know e^x are always Rising up so i think 4 is correct.

I just know that for the Function e^x there is no any vertical Asymptotic but here is not the same case Exactly.
