Integration by estimating areas under a graph.

I'm not sure how to solve part b of the problem below and it would be great if anyone could offer some assistance. To find g(35) I know that I need g(30)+ the integral from 30 to 35 of f(t) dt, but I do not know what the latter would equal. g(30)= 100 so would it be something like 100+ 12.5+ 5*5? Wouldn't the integral from 30 to 35 f(t) dt be an irregular shape looking like a trapezoid?
