Thread: Independence of Path

There are so many theorems regarding independence of path and vector fields being conservative.

Question:

Is the following statement true?

If a vector field F is conservative, then it is independent of path.

A line integral of a conservative vector field is the same no matter which path you take (Fundamental Theorem of Line Integrals).
