Where did you get stuck? Can you show us some of your working?

For starters, use integration by u-substitution.

Let $u = \dfrac{\pi x}{10}$ and carry on from there.

Hardwork
Or use $\int \sin(ax)\; dx = -\frac{1}{a}\cos(ax)+c$.

You have been told exactly how to do it. There is nothing more to be said. If you need more help, please show what you have tried and say exactly where you are still stuck.
