Poisson's equation verification

I have

$V(x)=G\int_V{\frac{\rho(\bold{x}^{'})d\bold{x}^{'} }{|\bold{x}-\bold{x}^{'}|}$

how do I verify that

$\nabla^{2}V=-4\pi G \rho$

?
