    b(t) = {1 : 3 lessthanorequalto t lessthan 5

a(t) and b(t) are two piecewise continous functions

    find the convolution c(t) , c(t) = a(t) * b(t)

    thanking you!
What is discrete about the convolution you are asking about? (the discrete convolution is for functions on $$ \mathbb{Z} for which your statement about continuity is peculiar)

What definition of convolution are you using?

(You should know that you are going to get a triangular function out of this with support (3,6) )
