I don't know how to solve limits with eulers number, for example : (1+1/4n)^n, how to solve it ? and also (3n+2/3n+1)^n ? Help please

This is generally true: $\displaystyle \displaystyle \left( {1 + \frac{a} {{bn + c}}} \right)^n \to e^{\frac{a}{b}} $ $\displaystyle \displaystyle \frac{3n+2}{3n+1}=1+\frac{1}{3n+1}$
Can you please tell me the whole excersise because I don't know how to do it from here ?
