im stuck evaluating the triple integral using the divergence theorem in this problem.. could anyone help out?
A fluid has density 1025 kg/m3 and flows with velocity v = z i+y2 j+x2 k,
where x, y, and z are measured in meters and the components of v in meters per second. Find the rate of flow outward through the cylinder x2 + y2 = 4, 0 <= z <= 1.
so ive got to 2y = (zi + y^2j + x^2k ) = d/dx(z) + d/dy(y^2) + d/dz(x^2)
any help would be much appreciated
