    Linearization

    Hi,

    I don't know how to linearize: $\displaystyle sin^6(\alpha)$, can you help me please???

    the linearization of a function $\displaystyle f(x)$ at the point $\displaystyle (a,f(a))$ is ...

    $\displaystyle y - f(a) = f'(a)(x - a)$
