Struggling with this integral

Show some work so we know where you're stuck!

1) Parametrize the 2 curves which C is composed of, call them $C = \gamma_1 * \gamma_2$
2) $\displaystyle \int_C F \cdot dr = \int_{\gamma_1} F \cdot dr + \int_{\gamma_2} F \cdot dr$
