    Basic Integral calculus help

    \[<br />
 \int_3^{pi/2} sin(x) \, dx<br />
\]<br />

    This question is a non calulater question, And i don't see how i can figure this out without a cal. The answer says it is 1. But i get cos (3)

    It may be a typo. I just tried it and I also got cos 3.

    The question probably has a typo and is meant to be \int_0^{\pi/2} \sin(x) \, dx.
