I am having trouble with the following :
Find the indefinite integral
−x/(x + 1) − x + 1 dx
are you saying you want to integrate everything infront of the integeral? And is it $\displaystyle \sqrt{x} + 1 dx$ or $\displaystyle \sqrt{x + 1} dx$?
I'm assuming you meant something like this:
$\displaystyle \int\frac{-x}{x+1} - \sqrt{x+1} dx$
or
$\displaystyle \int\frac{-x}{x+1} - \sqrt{x}+1 dx$
Which one would you like help with?
