How do i find the equation of this graph?

Hi everyone, I have a graph here but it's in increments of X=0.25 and Y=25 I'd like to change mimic this graph and change the increments to X=0.5 and Y=25 but I'm not sure what the equation is...

For all the math experts here, does anyone know how to find the equation just by looking at the graph? It's a "dyno sheet" of a car.

    Thanks in advance!

This equation will not have a closed form expression which describes it.

The data here is obtained discretely, and must be analysed discretely (using numerical methods).

Although it could not doubt be approximated by a piecewise function of polynomial interpolations.

I don't know anything about analysis, but if I was desperate to find an equation for such a graph.

I would slip it up into tiny intervals

Then look at each interval and find the equation of a "best fit" line.

Once all the equations have been obtained, place it into a peace wise function.
