## Fourier transformation

Hello,
I'm doing a fourier trans on the following function (using a computer):

$\left(\frac{sin(akx)sin(NDkx)}{akxsin(Dkx)}\right) ^2$

a,k,D,N being constants.

My question is- The values that I'm getting peaks for from the transformation, they're suppose to be some kind of function of a,k,D,N, but what function?

More specifically, from looking at the transformation, how can I retrieve a & D if k,N are known?

Any answer, partial as it may be, will be great help, thanks..
