Trigonometric curve sketching questions
Use the function y= sin x + cos x to determine all stationary points and classify as minima or maxima?

Locate any points of inflection.
Determine endpoints of the interval and sketch the graph.

Domain is between 0 and pi.

... then you should have already plotted the function's endpoints, zeros, relative extrema, and points of inflection and are ready to "connect the dots".

on what intervals is the function increasing or decreasing?

on what intervals is the function concave up or down?
