    dy + 7x dx = 0

    assume dy(0)=3
    Separable equation.

    dy(0)=3 or y(0)=3?

    dy=-7xdx\rightarrow\int dy=-7\int xdx\rightarrow y=\frac{-7x^2}{2}+C_1

    If you mean y(0)=3, then C=3.

    y=\frac{-7x^2}{2}+3
