    finding the volume....

    in this problem i am asked to find the volume about the x and y axis and then the third part about the line y = 10. i was wondering if you could check my work and let me know if i made any mistakes. the problem seems straight forward....thanks in advanceIMG_0002.pdf

    Hi Again. I am sorry, but I madr an error in the integral for the second part of your exercise. I'm sure you'll see it easily enough. The integrand to get volume by shells should be 10/x. Sorry friend. I solved it in my ubiquitously messy way, then copied it down on the sheet with the plots. The solution, happily, is therefore, still accurate.
