    Find the power series

    So I encountered this problem on my final today and had no idea how to do it.

    f \left( x \right) ={\frac {x+1}{x-1}}

    How do I do this?

    Try to consider that is...

    \frac{x+1}{x-1}= \frac{x+1-2 +2}{x-1} = 1 - \frac{2}{1-x} (1)

    Kind regards
