the final answer I am getting is 8, but i dont know its correct or not

Show us what you have done so far.

Tell us what Green's theorem is, and how that applies to the
function you are given.

I have included greens theorem that is given in my book.Also I hv included my solution.
Please help me ..and please tell me if I am corect...if not where I hv done mistake.

The region you are integrating over is not the interior of the
triangle.

You define the region by:

$-2\ <\ x\ <\ 2$ and $0\ <\ y\ <\ 2$,

which is a rectangle. I think (and you will have to check this) that what
you need is:

$-2\ <\ x\ <\ 2$ and $y\ <\ -|x|+2$.
