Thread: Crazy problem converting equation into graph!!

Graph the following two functions. Identify all intercepts, asymptotes, critical points, extremum and inflections points.

f(x)=(x-1)^(1/3) times (x+2)^2/3
and
f(x)=[(3x-2)(x-1)]/(x+1)^2


I am having a really tough time figuring out what I am supposed to do.
Can someone explain what I should do for each question?? Please Help!!
