    Area and Polar Curve

    Find the area enclosed by one loop of the following polar curve...

    r=8cos(5theta)

    I have no idea how to start this..can someone help?

    double the area of half a loop ...

    2 \int_0^{\frac{\pi}{10}} 32\cos^2(5\theta) \, d\theta
