1. ## Indefinite Integral

Here is what I've done so far:

int (sqrt(2x) dx = int (2x^(1/2)
((1 / (1/2) +1)) (x ^((1/2)+1))

= 2x^(3/2) / 3

I'm not sure what to do after this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have to hit show steps in the corner to get how to do it. But Slovakiamaths solution is clearer .

$\int \sqrt{2x} dx= \sqrt{2}\int x^{1/2} dx$

Taking $\sqrt{2x}$ out in front of the integral might simplify it for you.
