How do I find the Equation of a Plane?

Find the equation of the plane through (-2,3,-4) and parallel to the plane:
    x + y + z + 5 = 0

    Cant figure this one out

    Hi

    Since it is parallel to the plane x + y + z + 5 = 0, its equation is x + y + z + k = 0

    You can find k through the fact that the point (-2,3,-4) is in the plane therefore (-2,3,-4) satisfy the equation x + y + z + k = 0
