    Ratio Test Problem

    This problem was confusing me so any help would be appreciated!

    For the following series, I have to apply the Ratio Test and conclude that the series converges, diverges, or that the Ratio Test is unable to decide.

    sigma starting at j=1 and going to infinity of 1.1^j divided by j^3
