    Verify Beam Bending Moment Calculations

Hi whilst calculating the bending moment at points (a) through (g) on the beam shown below, I'm a little unsure if I have done it correctly, and hence the plotted BM diagram could be incorrect. The main concern is whether or not UDL should be factored into the bending moment calcs? Please let me know if the images are unnacceptably large and I will thumb or reduce them.

Note. it's a simply supported 1 metre long beam with supports at 0.05 metres and 0.8 metres.

cant say for certain, but to me, the udl is exactly that, and will be acting along the entire beam, and would therefore be included for each equation.

Thanks, everything suggests that it should be included but still not sure at the moment

search for a program called beamboy2 its got a free trial (well worth the purchase if you do much structural stuff ) and you can set the beam to your conditions, will then find reactions, moments shear deflection etc. it wont show you the working but you can compare your values
