Do you not know anything about finding "relative max" and "min"? Do you know that the must occur where the derivative is 0? Do you know about the "first derivative test" or "second derivative test" to determine whether a point is a max or min?

Until we know what you have done and what you can do, we don't know what kind of help you need!
