What is the meaning of $\displaystyle \frac{0}{0}$ and $\displaystyle 0^0$?

Other indeterminant forms include $\displaystyle 1^{\infty}$, $\displaystyle 0 \cdot \infty$ and $\displaystyle \infty - \infty$.
