    Polar Coordinates

I'm having a lot of trouble with Polar Coordinates. I understand (r, feta) is just the radius and angle and how to graph an individual point. My problem is graphing functions like r=3sin(feta) and then doing actual calculus with them.

Can anyone help explain this to me?
