hi need help to get solution

Find the root of the function:

F(x)= 2^-x + e^(x/2) + 2*Cos(x)-3 interval [1,2]

Using following methods:

a) Bisection method
b) False position method

Perform 3 complete iteration and Et( true percent relative error) for each method
Et=( (true error)/(true value) )*100

Use your initial interval to be $[1,2]$

First thing:

Find $F(1) , F(1.5)$ and $F(2)$
