The integral is $\displaystyle \int{\frac{1-3*x}{3+2*x}}dx$.

According to Maple I should first rewrite it as $\displaystyle \frac{-3}{2} + \frac{11}{2}\frac{1}{3 + 2*x}$ and then solve it.

My problem is that I don't know how to rewrite it, after that I can solve it (I know how to use the rules for integration) but how to get there?

I would like a method which works all the time.
