Here's my problem. Evaluate the integral of (x+1)^2/sqrt(x^2+2x+10) from 1 to 4. I'm really just not quite sure how to approach the problem. Once I get started I'm sure I can solve it, I'm just not sure.

Ok well so far I've figured to complete the square in the radical leaving me with 1/3(integral)u^2/tanu du where u = x+1 Maybe I'm on the right track?
