How do I go about solving this question:

Which parametrization shows that the object moves the FASTEST at t=0.

Do I differentiate the parametrization and sub in 0 to all the values of t. Then what? For example:

r'(t) = <2t,sin t, 5>
r'(0) = <0,0,5>

how do I compare parametrizations?

Yes. Compute the derivatives, evaluate at zero, choose the one with the largest magnitude.
