    Triple Integral

    Evaluate the triple integral

    \int\int\int 4x dV

    where E is bounded by the paraboloid x = 7y^2 + 7z^2 and the plane
    x = 7

    I've tried this a few times but always get a function i can't integrate after the second integral, probably an issue with my limits?

    How would you go about doing that would you change it to like

    x = 7r^2 ? then what would you do to the 4x in the integral?

    y = r \cos\theta

    z = r \sin\theta

    x remains x

    \int\int\int 4x \:dx \:dy \:dz = \int\int\int 4x \:r \:dx \:dr \:d\theta

    I let you find the bounds
