Evaluate the triple integral

$\int\int\int 4x dV$

where E is bounded by the paraboloid $x = 7y^2 + 7z^2$ and the plane
$x = 7$

I've tried this a few times but always get a function i can't integrate after the second integral, probably an issue with my limits?

I suggest you to use cylindrical coordinates

3. How would you go about doing that would you change it to like

$x = 7r^2$ ? then what would you do to the 4x in the integral?

4. $y = r \cos\theta$

$z = r \sin\theta$

x remains x

$\int\int\int 4x \:dx \:dy \:dz = \int\int\int 4x \:r \:dx \:dr \:d\theta$
