Evaluate the indefinite integral
I wasnt changing x^-1 into ln(x)
You are verrrrrrrrrrrrry helpful! :D
why aren't you a moderator?!?!?!
Have you learned the integration rules? This is a basic integral, and if you're wanting to solve harder integrals it's imperative you take the time to learn these simple ones.
int(6/(x^2) + 16/(13x)dx) = int(6/(x^2)dx) + int(16/(13x)dx)
= int(6*x^(-2)dx) + int(16/3*(1/x)dx
= (6*x^(-1))/-1 +
= -6/x + (16/13)*ln(x) + C
moderators are veterans, they've been with this site for a long time, i've just been here for a little over a month i think
and also, i'm not smart enough to be one:D those guys are way out of my league:(
ah man, i forgot to do that, "this is my 8:):)th post" thing, which seems to be a custom on this site.
Congrats on your 800th post... and I have a very basic understanding ....
btw I am reading the book and trying to understand the problems
with 2 hours to go before this home work is due ... and 4 more problems left im making simple mistakes... and jumping all over the place...
You guys are helping a lot! I know I shouldnt have saved it for last minute.. but still .... I might as well try and get as much done as possible...
p.s. Im not as slow as you think:)
