    [SOLVED] Integration Mid-Ordinate rule

    Can someone please show how I do the Mid-Ordinate rule, I googled it but not many good websites helping.
    I am still approximating these answers, so how do I calculate the height of the curve. Hope you know what I am going o about .

    Please tell me if I don't make sense.
