Integration Help (Introductory Calculus)

Hello all,
I'm in my first-year at a college.
I have a mid-term coming up and there's so much to cover.
I've been weak at math every since grade 12.
My question:

integrate (5e^2x/ 7e^2x + 4) dx
So far I've got

1. I let u=2x
du = 2 dx
du/2 = dx

2. 1/2 integral (5e^u/7e^u+4) du

I have no idea how to proceed from here.
Please help me solving this problem.

click on the integral sign in my post, it will show you

$\int \frac{5e^{2x}}{7e^{2x+4}}~dx = \frac{5}{7}\int e^{2x-(2x+4)}~dx$
