the problem is to find the volume of revolution around the y-axis of x=y^2+6 and x=6. here is my work:



i think it's wrong, so if somebody could please explain how to do it correctly and what the right answer is, it'd be great.

are you sure those equations are right?

ah, no, i typed it wrong. the equations are x=y^2 +2 and x=6. please help...i need this done tonight
