Any line with y- intercept of 2 can be written as y= mx+ 5 for some m. It will be tangent to y= (2x+5)/(x+2) where they have the same y value, y= mx+5= (2x+5)/(x+2), and where the derivative of (2x+5)/(x+2)= m. That gives you two equations to solve for x and m.
