Ok. What have you tried for the first one? For the second one, use the relation $J_{n-1}(x)=\frac{2n}{x}J_n(x)-J_{n+1}(x)$ in conjunction with $\frac{d}{dx}\bigg[x^n J_n (x)\bigg]=x^n J_{n-1}(x)$. I'm sure you can continue.
