Math Help - need help with definite integral

    help with definite integral

    Make over and underestimates of the distance traveled for -3<= t<=3 . See attachement for details.

    I believe I have to use right and left hand sums on both sides to calculate the estimates , but I'm not sure how to do that. Any help will be appreciated!!!
