Integral getting me - supposed to do by parts

Okay, so I have the integral from 0 to 1 of (e^tx)(3x^2), and i couldnt figure it out. The answer key says to do it by parts, but I have no clue how to set that up, I just can't see it
Would anyone be so kind as to offer some clarification?

One more question: On the initial substitution, what happened to the 6x? I always thought you had to substitute ___ dx to get a du, is that not the case? Other than that, it looks good, thank you very much!

the vdu part is 6x*e^(tx) --- I just factored the 6 out of the integral.
