Thread: Estimating volume with percent error

A surveyor is standing 30 ft from the base of building. He measures angle of elevation to top of building to be 75 degrees. How accurately must the angle be measured for the percentage error in estimating the height of the building to be less than 4%?

How would I begin this problem? I drew a picture..if someone could explain the next step to take, that would be great. Thanks!
