    line integral

    Calculate the line integral of the vector field along the line between the given points. = x , from (1, 7) to (6, 7)

    Im trying to study for a final but i can not remember how to do it. help please

    note that the line segment is parametrized by:

    x = 1 + 5t,~~y = 7 for 0 \le t \le 1

    now you want the line integral with respect to what?
