Use Simpson's rule t and all the data in the following table to estimate the value of the integral

$\displaystyle \displaystyle \int_{-16}^{-10}y\,dx$

y 8 8 -9 -9 0 4 4

I can see a pattern of x decreasing by 1 but the y is throwing me off.
