    inverse question

    given that f(x)=x+3x+6

    i need to find f^-1'(2)

    There is a well known formula for expressing the derivative of the inverse of f(x), usually called g(x), in terms of f'(x) and g(x). You should have been shown this before being assigned this question. Do you know what I am referencing? Can you start the problem?

    is it f^-1'(x)=1/f'(x)
