# Math Help - Integration By Parts Problem

1. ## Integration By Partial Fractions

For the anti derivative, I got:

3log[2(1 + x)] + 5log[-2(2 + x)]

I plugged in the numbers to find the definite integral, but my homework keeps telling me I'm wrong. Help?

Btw, I got 24.

Thank you!

2. ## Check your work here...

The 2 in ln(2(1+x)) and the -2 in ln(-2(x+2)) are suspect.

3. How?

4. check in details the way you got the anti derivative
