This is a really difficult problem we received from out teacher. I have been working for hours and it is worth a lot of extra-points. Which are always nice !!!

If anyone could help that would be AMAZING!

A spherical ball is made of 5000 rubber bands. Suppose you want to add enough additional rubber bands to increase the ball's surface area by 3%. Using a linear approximation, estimate the percent change in the ball's volume, then estimate the number of rubber bands needed.
