    Exclamation calculus 3, area/double integral

consider the region R in the xy plane that is bounded by the parabola x=y^2 and x=5y. compute the area of R by evaluating
    the double integral of dA
how does this computation compare to the method you would use in calc1 or calc 2?

i did the integral from 0 to 5 of the integral from 5y to y^2 of dA and got -625/12 which i don't think is right. how do i set this up?
