Splitting up the limit will help you here (as well as help practice properties of limits):

$\displaystyle 4\lim_{x\to2}f(x)-\lim_{x\to2}g(x)=3$

$\displaystyle 4\lim_{x\to2}f(x)-3=\lim_{x\to2}g(x)$
